Sugar n Slice is a Registered Business, located in East Trinidad & Tobago. It is owned and operated by Lisa Archer.
Lisa has over 10 years experience in the Food Industry. She has worked alongside some of the best Bakers and Pastry Chefs in Bakeries across the country.
Lisa also has a Diploma in Food Science & Technology, which she obtained at the University of Trinidad & Tobago.
Lisa have completed courses such as:

Lisa's industry experience and understanding of proper Food Safety Practices, is very important to her. She is always determined to learn and improve what she has to offer, better than before. Lisa loves getting honest feedback from clients, as they are pertinent, to her being able to provide great products at all times.
In the future, Lisa hopes to have a storefront location, where she can bring all her creations to life, for all to enjoy.

I left all the way down south to collect my cupcakes and it was worth it. I recommend yawl to try it out. Twas amazing, texture on point, value and quality for your money worth.

Had the banana bread for the first time yesterday, and I can honestly say, I wasn't disappointed at all. It was by far the best I had.Imagine I bought 2 loaves and they've finished within mere hours. I really recommend this business to anyone, who wants to satisfy their sweet tooth just as much as I did.

The kitchen has always been a comfort zone for me. Over the years, I became more confident sharing my creations with others. I'm the Mother of a brilliant little girl, that serves as the main motivation to keep going.
Rest assured if something isn't tasting great, she'll be the first to let me know. When I'm not baking, I'm focused on Homeschooling and enjoying the simple pleasures of life.
